Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing and shipping from the day you placed your order; weekends and holidays are excluded.

If you have not received your order within the 2-3 week time frame, please email me at info@photographykellyjohnson.com so I can resolve any issues.

I ship with United States Parcel Services (USPS). I am NOT responsible for any lost packages. Please contact USPS for all inquiries regarding lost packages.
